Twisco Awards Cash Prizes to Spelling Bee Champions

Twisco, a beverage brand, has awarded a total of N750,000 in prizes to the top three winners of the third edition of the Spelling Genius competition held in Lagos recently.

Over 1,500 students and instructors from primary and secondary schools participated in the event, which aimed to enhance vocabulary and spelling skills for successful learning.

The winners received cash prizes of N350,000, N250,000, and N150,000 for the first, second, and third place, respectively.

The contestants showcased their spelling skills at the competition, which was organized to bolster the participants' vocabulary, spelling abilities, confidence, and communication skills.

According to Lillian Omorenuwa, the Brand Manager of the Beverage Category at Promasidor Nigeria, the company is committed to empowering young minds through initiatives like the Spelling Genius competition. She emphasized that the well-being of children is at the heart of Twisco's efforts.
