Prominent Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli, celebrates her 22-year-old son, Tobechukwu Ofejiro Oboli as he engages his fancée, Marelle.

It was gathered that the young lovers had been dating for quite a while before TOBE revealed Marelle as his "lover" on his 22nd birthday last year (4th October 2023), and on January 31, 2024, his mother, Omoni Oboli, took to her Instagram page to make public the news of her son’s engagement with Marelle, a Canadian.

The beautiful actress wrote on her Instagram handle:

“My heart has been bursting with joy and I can’t keep it anymore! “It was a cold winter night when our son Tobe asked the love of his life Marelle to marry him. 

“We are so thankful for the gift of this absolutely perfect and gorgeous daughter. 

“Thank you Tobe for choosing a wife that shares our family’s values. 

“We are absolutely in love with our new family and God has been too good to us" she gushed. 

Omoni hinted that Marelle wanted a simple diamond ring with 3 stones, and it was delivered by bozdiamonds exactly as was requested. She also went ahead to inform all "online aunties and uncles" that they have a wedding to plan.
