287 Abducted Kaduna Schoolchildren Freed, 16 Days After Abduction

The Kaduna State Government has confirmed the release of 287 children kidnapped in Kuriga, Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State.

Recall that on Thursday morning, March 7, terrorists raided LGEA Primary School in Kuriga, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State, and kidnapped hundreds of pupils and teachers at about 8:20 a.m., shortly after the morning assembly.

Senator Uba Sani, the state governor, announced their return  on Sunday in a statement signed and released to reporters. He praised President Bola Tinubu and the Nigerian Army for their contributions in facilitating the return of the abducted Kuriga children.
