Nigerians are using social media to share their opinions on the latest leaked call recording allegedly involving controversial crossdresser Okuneye Idris Olarenwaju, popularly known as Bobrisky.

Okuneye, on Monday, October 7, 2024, was involved in another scandal following the release of an alleged audio recording by popular social media influencer Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan.

VeryDarkMan claimed the recording was made on May 16, 2024, and is not a continuation of a former recording he shared.

In the voice recording, which VeryDarkMan cnfirmed that it is a different conversation from a previous leaked tape, Bobrisky allegedly confessed to not being in jail but rather in a fully equipped apartment near the prison, amongst other claims.

The leaked call recording has triggered different reactions on social media platforms, with many Nigerians expressing shock, frustration, and doubt about the credibility of the recording.

On X, formerly Twitter, Inozemhe Jacob Azemobor tweeted as GovernorDonJay wrote #bobrisky even get maid for alleged prison, a well-detailed confession from Bobrisky, which involves everyone deeply, #EFCC, SAN, and CORRECTIONAL." #verydarkman shares a new recording of Bobrisky, he admits that his godfather arranged a fully furnished apartment for him to serve.

#AdeyemiOladip14 tweeted, How this guy dey see all the call notes? Shey,  they don plan say them go koba bob ni abi why all of them dey record their conversations with him, sorry her.

Meanwhile, in September 2024, VeryDarkMan shared an alleged audio of Bobrisky, asserting he bribed some Economic and Financial Crimes Commission personnel with N15 million to drop the financial crime charge against him.

Otse allegedly claimed to have received the audio recording from someone to whom Idris Okuneye owed money.

It would be recalled that Bobrisky denied bribing any EFCC personnel to drop financial crime charges against him, stating that he served his jail term.

He had also portrayed the first viral voice recording as fake, stating that the report that he was never in prison was false and urging Nigerians to ignore the news.
